As a Bath-born child, I knew it as “that place with the funny name and the long tunnel you go through when you are on the train to London”. Maybe I sound like a grouch for not wanting to think about Christmas until December. But I did the Maths: For that one month only that’s more than 3-4 years of my life already. Take that back into November and that’s about 7 years. I just don’t want to spend that much of my life thinking about shopping and listening to Carols.
