New album in the pipeline
It's been a good couple of months. Jennifer's Spring
outings included a lovely gig at The Musician supporting Emily Barker
and The Red Clay Halo, a double bill with Elbow Jane at The Red Lion
Folk Club in Birmingham, as well as headline gigs for the band with
an excursion east to Manningtree and Cambridge, and The Chapel Arts
Centre back on home turf. Read Jen's latest
blog for more...
The audience response has been fantastic, and some of the newer material has been particularly well received. So, after saying 'no sorry we haven't recorded that one yet' once too often, Jennifer has decided it is time for the next album to be made.
The band are really coming into their own with some fantastic harmony singing (yes, even 5-part!), as well as musical arrangements, so it promises to be a full and fabulous sound.
The wilds of Wales coming soon...
